I completed 4 and a half years' training at the Karuna Institute in Devon and have a Masters' Degree in Core Process Psychotherapy. I have been working one to one with adults since 2007. I am accredited with the UKCP.
My background is in general nursing and teaching.
I have experienced transformation through my own therapy. It is a brave choice to confront our pain and difficulty, and as a therapist I feel privileged to be able work with people in this way and to accompany another on their journey towards greater wellbeing.
